Junior Membership Requirements at Golf Club Villars

Applicants must be under 21 years of age.

• No joining fee
• Annual membership fee: CHF 400.–, including unlimited access to the course and driving range, with two complimentary tokens per day
• Swiss Golf card free up to the age of 18, then CHF 80.– per year

Like the Ladies’ and Seniors’ Sections, junior members may join a dedicated section created to organise and support their training and development in the world of golf.

The Section Committee consists of juniors, parents, a golf professional and the Manager of Golf Club Villars (GCV). Together, they organise the Section’s activities according to the objectives set by the General Meeting.

The Junior Section’s main responsibilities are:

• To foster young players’ skills and passion for golf
• To teach golf techniques by organising and supervising lessons, while also promoting important values such as respect and patience
• To organise competitions and initiatives in support of the Junior Section
• To actively encourage young players to play on the course, take part in club competitions and discover other golf courses
• To identify and develop talented players who may represent the club in regional, national or even international competitions
• To bring fresh energy to the club and help grow its membership, often inspiring parents to become members as well

The Junior Section is financially independent and manages its own budget.

Below you will find an overview of the 2026 activities, as presented at the season-opening meeting held on 28 February 2026.

Junior members of Golf Club Villars are invited to join the Junior Section by completing the membership form below.

To renew your Junior Section membership for the 2026 season, please complete this short online form.

The annual Junior Section membership fee is CHF 50.–. As a welcome gift, each new member receives a polo shirt featuring the Section’s logo. With each subsequent renewal, members receive another branded item.

Membership of the Section includes group lessons throughout the season at no additional cost.

The Junior Section offers weekly group lessons for members aged 5 to 20, including during school holidays.

Would you like to try golf with no commitment? You can attend three group lessons free of charge!

To attend group lessons regularly, juniors must be members of Golf Club Villars—except for Little Birdies—and members of the Golf Club Villars Junior Section.
